This one is pretty easy one, we sell what we buy! Since we are surplus dealer, we always try to represent the item(s) as it is, we sell these items to the best of our knowledge & ability. If any item is preowned or new. we will prominently state next to the catalog#. You will never see or be forced to read the "fine print" to find out that the item you are interested in, it has a defect or is not functioning. Usually, this isn't something you have to worry about with us.
